I had the pleasure today of meeting Journey, a young girl from Burton who did something sweet… quite literally!

At 103.9 The Fox, we are helping the Yellow Ribbon Guard to Send Santa to the Troops, collecting items for the men and women serving our country overseas who won’t be home for Christmas. Sgt. Keith Palka with the Army National Guard brought to our attention a young woman who went above and beyond to help the cause.

She managed to take up a collection of more than three boxes of tasty treats for our servicemen and women! We were able to reward her for her good deed with some fun stuff, but we certainly wish more people could be like Journey!
