Jeremy Talks To Blackberry Smoke’s Charlie Starr [VIDEO]

It didn’t take long for people to figure out that Blackberry Smoke isn’t just another modern rock band. Their roots are firmly planted in Classic Rock, Blues, Country and Folk. By marrying those genres together so well, they’ve caught the attention of some pretty big names. In fact, they are opening for Lynyrd Skynyrd for many of their upcoming dates on their farewell tour!
Every song on the album was written or co-written by Charlie Starr, and the band produced the album themselves.  In addition to that, several guest stars join Blackberry Smoke on “Find A Light”. Robert Randolph, Amanda Shires, The Wood Brothers join the late Greg Allman in what would be one of his very last recordings.

Their new album “Find A Light” is available now at BlackberrySmoke.com, also on iTunes.com and Amazon.com. Jeremy had a chance to talk to lead vocalist and guitarist Charlie Starr about the new album and their current tour during The Punch-Out Party on 103.9 The Fox. Check out the radio interview here:
